Practice focuses on the defense of those charged with criminal offenses from minor motor vehicle violations to the most serious indictable offenses in Federal, State, and Municipal Court. Significant family practice representing individuals in all aspects of family court proceedings including, divorce, support, custody, termination of parental rights, grandparent visitation, domestic violence, and juvenile proceedings. Extensive experience representing clients on appeal before the New Jersey Superior Court Appellate Division, New Jersey Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
